El superior que ordene abrir una investigación por faltas de esta naturaleza, dará aviso a la entidad superior inmediata. Si a ésta le corresponde designar vocales, procederá a nombrarlos, una vez perfeccionada la investigación. La investigación ordenada por un superior conservará todo su valor cualquiera que sea el que en definitiva deba conocer del informativo.
