El Servicio Nacional de aprendizaje SENA, conforme a la reglamentación que expida el Gobierno Nacional, promoverá la organización de Empresas Asociativas de Trabajo y dará el apoyo administrativo y técnico necesario a través de la capacitación y transferencia de tecnología, para el desarrollo de las actividades de dichas Empresas.
