Las partidas destinadas por la presente Ley serán incluídas en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, dentro del presupuesto del Ministerio de Educación Nacional. El Gobierno queda facultado para abrir créditos y hacer traslaciones hasta el monto de la cantidad indicada.
