La presente ley rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga los artículos 53, el inciso final del 795-1, el inciso final del artículo 863 del Estatuto Tributario; los artículos 254 y 260 de la Ley 223 de 1995 y el artículo 56 del Decreto 1394 de 1970 y la referencia al régimen salarial y prestacional del artículo 53 de la Ley 105 de 1993 .
