° Para activar en el puerto de Buenaventura la campaña contra el mosquito y las ratas, créase el puesto de Ingeniero Sanitario, con la asignación mensual de $ 400, y quien desempeñará las funciones que le señale el Director Nacional de Higiene. Este empleado durará el tiempo que el Ministro de Instrucción y Salubridad Públicas estime necesario.
