º . El artículo 19 de la Resolución 51 de 1991 del Conpes quedará así: Artículo 19. Sin perjuicio de las normas fiscales, los actuales inversionistas de capital del exterior podrán registrar como inversión de capital del exterior el capital, las utilidades, acciones, cuotas, derechos sociales, así como las utilidades derivadas de las mismas correspondientes a inversiones realizadas y no registradas, antes de la vigencia de la Resolución 51 de 1991.
