Decreto 1036 de 2022 · por el cual se modifican los artículos 16 y 29 del Decreto 334 de 2022, en relación con dar claridad frente a las prohibiciones en materia de publicidad, promoción y venta de medicamentos y productos fitoterapéuticos y la entrada en vigencia.

Modificar el numeral 16.5 del artículo 16 del Decreto 334 de 2022, el cual quedará así:

“16.5 Comercialice, publicite y promocione en redes sociales o aplicaciones de mensajería instantánea, excepto a través de canales oficiales del titular, fabricante, importador, establecimientos farmacéuticos minoristas, almacenes de cadena y grandes superficies, para lo cual deberán sujetarse a las condiciones establecidas y aprobadas en el registro sanitario, y cumplir con la normatividad que expida el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social”.
