Art. 2.° Serán igualmente nulas i de ningun valor ni efecto las providencias de cualquiera clase que se dicten emplazando a dichos ajentes diplomáticos o a alguna persona de sus familias, comitivas o servidumbres, para hacerlas comparecer en juicio o para confiscar, embargar o detener sus equipajes i correspondencia, o los demás artículos destinados para su propio uso, o necesarios al desempeño de sus funciones; i en ningun caso ni bajo pretesto alguno, serán allanadas las habitaciones de tales personas, ni se ejercerá en ellas acto alguno de jurisdiccion.
