º Durante el término que permanezca la emergencia vial en el corredor Santa Fe de Bogotá, D. C.- Villavicencio y viceversa, el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito, autorizará mediante actos administrativos a las empresas de transporte que tienen autorizada esta ruta, para prestar el servicio en rutas y horarios en corredores viales diferentes, previamente determinado por el Instituto, sin observar el procedimiento señalado en el Decreto 1927 de 6 de agosto de 1991.

Parágrafo

La autorización contenida en el presente artículo se entenderá hasta el momento en que cese dicha emergencia.
