° . Régimen jurídico de la liquidación. La liquidación del Instituto de Mercadeo Agropecuario, Idema, se adelantará de conformidad con lo previsto en el Decreto-ley 1675 de 1997, en el presente decreto, y en general, en las normas legales, reglamentarias y estatutarias de la entidad, las vigentes sobre la materia y garantizando el funcionamiento de la entidad durante el proceso liquidatorio.
