Para los efectos previstos en los artículos 12, 13 y 14 del Decreto 1076 de 1995, la promoción de oferta que se autorice deberá acreditar su ejecución y entrega a sus adquirientes en un plazo no superior a dieciocho (18) meses a partir de su aprobación. Transcurrido este término, los reintegros de recursos autorizados para promoción de oferta que reingresen al Fondo para el Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda se destinarán exclusivamente a la asignación de subsidio familiar de vivienda.
