La Feria Exposición Internacional de la Zona Latinoamericana de Libre Comercio, cuya celebración se autoriza por medio del presente Decreto, tendrá lugar en la fecha señalada y en los predios de propiedad de la Corporación de Ferias y Exposiciones S. A., en la ciudad de Bogotá. Esta entidad asumirá la totalidad de los gastos que demande el evento ya citado, y bajo su responsabilidad y dirección se harán los arreglos necesarios para llevarla a efecto.
