El Juez que conozca de los juicios de expropiación de que trata esta Ley, efectuará la entrega material del inmueble objeto de la expropiación dentro de los 10 días siguientes a la fecha en que "Puertos de Colombia" o el Instituto de Crédito Territorial consigne a órdenes del Juzgado, o del propietario, el valor de la indemnización de acuerdo a lo establecido en el artículo anterior.
