Atención extramural a personas no internas en establecimientos de reclusión. Los prestadores de servicios de salud contratados garantizarán la atención domiciliaria y/o en sus respectivos centros de atención a las personas no internas en establecimientos de reclusión.

El Modelo de Atención en Salud y los respectivos manuales técnicos administrativos preverán los procedimientos para hacer efectivo el acceso a la salud de las personas que se encuentren en la situación descrita en este artículo.
