Créase la Circunscripción Electoral del Meta, que comprende el territorio del Departamento del Meta, el de la Intendencia de Arauca y el de las Comisarias de Vaupés y Vichada.

La Circunscripción Electoral del Meta elegirá cuatro Senadores y cuatro Representantes.
