Modifícase el numeral 8.1 del artículo 8° del Decreto 1404 de 2005, el cual quedará así: "8.1 Los funcionarios que ocupen cargos de nivel directivo en Ecogás, sólo podrán suscribir acciones hasta por un valor máximo de cinco (5) veces su remuneración laboral anual derivada de Ecogás y que figure en el Certificado de Ingresos y Retenciones correspondiente al año gravable inmediatamente anterior a la fecha de presentación de la aceptación de la oferta de la primera emisión y demás certificaciones exigidas en el Programa de Fundación".
