º. El literal b) del artículo 7º del Decreto 3086 de 1997, quedará así: "b) El cincuenta por ciento de las valorizaciones de los activos, contabilizadas de acuerdo con los criterios establecidos por la Superintendencia Bancaria, excepto las correspondientes a bienes recibidos en pago o adquiridos en remate judicial. De dicho monto se deducirán las valorizaciones de inversiones en acciones y en bonos obligatoriamente convertibles en acciones a que se refiere el artículo 8º de este decreto".
