El presente decreto reglamenta las condiciones y procedimiento para el desarrollo de proyectos mediante la adquisición o aporte de la propiedad de predios originalmente adjudicados como baldíos o adquiridos con el otorgamiento de un subsidio integral de tierras en extensiones superiores a 1 Unidad Agrícola Familiar, en adelante UAF, denominados Proyectos Especiales de Desarrollo Agropecuario o Forestal -, en adelante Pedaf.
