Las penas que podrán ser impuestas son las siguientes: 1ª. Amonestación privada, 2ª. Amonestación ante los demás alumnos, 3ª.amonestacion conapercibimiento de mayor pena, caso de reincidencia, 4ª. Platón, 5ª. Trabajo durante algún tiempo, como copia de cierto número de renglones o páginas de un buen libro, 6ª.detencion en la escuela, 7ª. Expulsión de una clase, 8ª. Expulsión de la escuela.
