Destínase hasta la suma de sesenta mil pesos ($60.000.00) que serán incluidos en el Presupuesto Nacional, a razón de treinta mil pesos ($30. 000.00) en el Presupuesto de la Próxima vigencia de 1942 y el resto en la vigencia siguiente para darle cumplimiento a la presente Ley.
