Dotación anual, inicial y adicional de vestuario y equipo. El Oficial o Suboficial en servicio activo, tendrá derecho a una partida anual de vestuario, así: Oficiales Generales y de Insignia el 47% del sueldo básico de un General; Oficiales Superiores el 55% del sueldo básico de un Coronel; Oficiales Subalternos el 45% del sueldo básico de un Coronel; Sargento Mayor; Suboficiales (SS., CP., CS.) el 66% del sueldo básico de un Sargento Mayor. Esta partida es acumulable de un (1) año para otro, pero no es reconocible en dinero. El derecho a hacer uso de ella se pierde a partir de la fecha de la disposición que cause el retiro del servicio activo o la separación del Oficial o Suboficial.
