° Intereses moratorios. La mora de los establecimientos públicos o empresas industriales y comerciales del Estado en consignar en el Fondo el valor de las cesantías o de los intereses, conforme a lo dispuesto en el presente decreto, dará al Fondo derecho para exigir las sumas respectivas por la vía ejecutiva y para cobrar sobre ellas intereses de dos (2) por ciento mensual por el tiempo de la mora.
