Una vez presentada la solicitud de despacho, conforme al artículo anterior, toda mercancía de importación deberá ser reconocida por los funcionarios aduaneros, y liqidados los derechos y multas a que haya lugar, conforme a los artículos 3° y 9° de este Decreto.
