La presentación de la declaración de importación y el pago de los tributos aduaneros que se causen por la importación de los productos mencionados en el artículo anterior, deberá efectuarse en los bancos y demás entidades financieras autorizados por la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, ubicados en la jurisdicción que corresponda al lugar de ingreso al territorio nacional de dichas mercancías.
