El presente decreto rige a partir de su expedición, modifica en lo pertinente los artículos 325, 327, 329, 330, 332 y 333 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, el artículo 3 del Decreto 1679 de 1991, deroga el numeral 4º del artículo 328, la expresión "y con la cooperación de los intendentes" contemplada en el numeral 2º del artículo 329, el ordinal 8) del numeral 2º del artículo 333, los ordinales 3º y 4º del numeral 2º del artículo 333, el artículo 331 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, el artículo 17 del Decreto 720 de 1994, el Decreto 1552 de 1995, los artículos 1, 2 del Decreto 1368 de 1998, y el artículo 2 del Decreto 2216 de 1998.
