Las personas a quienes se otorgue la Medalla "Al Mérito Postal", en la Segunda y Tercera categoría, tendrán derecho a que el Instituto de Crédito Territorial les adjudique vivienda de las construidas por esta cantidad, siempre que no se haya hecho otra adjudicación a la misma persona por dicho Instituto.
