VIGILANCIA DEL DEPARTAMERTO ADMINISTRATIVO DE INTENDENCIAS Y COMISARIAS EN LA LIQUIDACION Y DESTINACION DE INGRESOS POR IMPUESTOS, PARTICIPACIONES Y REGALIAS DE MINERALES E HIDROCARBUROS. Sin perjuicio de las funciones propias de la Contraloría General de la República y de las de otras entidades, el Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías, vigilará la liquidación y el cumplimiento de la destinación especial de los impuestos, participaciones y regalías derivadas de la explotación de minerales e hidrocarburos para las Intendencias y Comisarías.
