Formulario de ejecución. Cuando el acreedor garantizado opte por continuar o iniciar la ejecución sobre bienes muebles en garantía de que tratan los artículos 50, 51 y 52 de la Ley 1676 de 2013, deberá acreditar ante el juez del concurso la inscripción del formulario de ejecución en el Registro de Garantías Mobiliarias.
