Llevarán estampillas por valor de cuatro pesos, los documentos siguientes: 1º Las patentes de propiedad de producciones literarias y artísticas. 2º Cada uno de los tiquetes de pasaje de los puertos marítimos colombianos a los extranjeros, cuando su valor exceda de cien pesos. 3º Los títulos de concesión de tierras baldías cuya extensión no exceda de cien hectáreas. 4º Los títulos de pensión civil o militar pagadera del Tesoro.
