Las sucursales y agencias serán administradas por Gerentes y Directores designados y contratados por el Presidente de la sociedad, quien también nombrará los Subgerentes de éstas. Las limitaciones de las facultades de los administradores de las Sucursales serán determinadas en el contrato, conforme a lo que disponga la Junta Directiva, cuya copia será inscrita en el Registro Público de Comercio.
