Compra de elementos. Los oficiales y suboficiales que hayan agotado la partida anual fijada en este Decreto o en las disposiciones legales que lo adicionen o reformen, podrán adquirir prendas de vestuario y equipo en los respectivos almacenes oficiales, mediante el pago previo de su valor, de acuerdo con reglamentación expedida por los Comandos de Fuerza.
