Artículo segundo. Los empleos de que trata la Ley 4ª de 1962, quedan incorporados con efectividad al 1° de enero de 1963, en el nivel a), de la Escala establecida en el artículo anterior, y los funcionarios que los desempeñan no requieren nueva posesión.
