Decreto 3072 de 1968 · Por el cual se reorganiza la Carrera de Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional

Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional tienen derecho a 30 días de vacaciones, incluyendo los días feriados por cada año de servicio continuo.

Parágrafo 1

Por necesidades del servicio se podrán acumular vacaciones hasta por dos (2) años. Tal acumulación se hará por resolución de la Dirección General de la Policía.

Parágrafo 2

Cuando el Oficial o Suboficial sea retirado del servicio, sin haber hecho uso de las vacaciones causadas, tendrá derecho al pago de ellas en dinero, liquidadas con base en los últimos haberes devengados.
