Consignación de dineros en cuentas del administrador del Frisco. En caso de que un tercero efectúe consignaciones de dinero respecto de bienes que no se encuentren en venta o que no guarden relación directa con la actividad comercial, el Administrador del Frisco pondrá en conocimiento de la Fiscalía General de la Nación y de la UIAF dicha situación para que inicien la investigación correspondiente. Dichos dineros deben ser puestos a disposición mediante depósito judicial a favor del tercero que efectuó la consignación.
