Para la adecuada destinación productiva de las tierras baldías de la Nación que tengan aptitud agropecuaria y/o forestal, el Incoder procederá a adjudicar dichas tierras de acuerdo con los criterios que defina el Consejo Directivo para las zonas de colonización, de reserva campesina y de desarrollo empresarial.
