°. Beneficios por entrega de material . El desmovilizado o reincorporado que haga entrega de material de guerra, intendencia, comunicaciones o de cualquier otro elemento que facilite a los grupos armados al margen de la ley el desarrollo de actividades ilícitas, así como de sustancias o drogas estupefacientes y los insumos y la maquinaria para su elaboración, recibirá del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional, una vez haya sido certificado por el Comité Operativo para la Dejación de las Armas, CODA, una bonificación económica, conforme al procedimiento que expida este Ministerio.
