°. Adicionar . Adiciónese el artículo 8° al Decreto número 1239 de 2003 de la Comisión Nacional Intersectorial el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 8° Decisiones . Las decisiones de la Comisión serán tomadas por consenso entre sus miembros y de no ser posible, por mayoría simple. De esta situación se dejará constancia en la respectiva acta ”.
