º La sentencia del Tribunal Superior de orden Público sólo será susceptible de impugnación mediante recurso de reposición, interpuesto en forma personal, asistido de apoderado si lo estima conveniente, dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes, por el propietario de los bienes materia de la ocupación o el decomiso.
