Una Junta especial, integrada por el señor Alcalde Municipal de Marinilla, por dos miembros elegidos por el Concejo Municipal de la misma ciudad, y por sendos delegados del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y de la Contraloría General de la República, se encargará del manejo de inversión del auxilio de que trata esta Ley, y determinará a qué obras y en qué proporción deberá aplicarse, debiendo rendir cuentas comprobadas a la Contraloría General de la República.
