Artículo vigésimotercero. Los empleados y obreros de la Imprenta Nacional, como dependientes del Ministerio de Gobierno, tendrán carácter oficial, y por tanto sus prestaciones sociales y demás derechos se regirán por las normas comunes que se aplican a los demás empleados de este Ministerio.
