La Asamblea General de Accionistas podrá deliberar con la presencia o representación de cualquier número plural de accionistas que representen no menos del cincuenta y uno por ciento (51%) o más de las acciones suscritas en la fecha de la reunión respectiva. Las reuniones serán presididas por el Presidente de la Junta Directiva y, en su defecto, por la persona que elija la Asamblea; y actuará como secretario el Secretario General de la Sociedad.
