Obligación de portarla . El conductor del vehículo deberá portar el original de la tarjeta de operación y presentarla a la autoridad c ompetente que la solicite. Cuando se implemente la expedición de la tarjeta de operación a través del sistema RUNT, el control por parte de las autoridades en vía se hará mediante el uso de herramientas tecnológicas. En tal caso desaparece la obligación de portar el original.
