Cancelación de la autorización . El Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, cancelará la autorización de que trata el artículo 3.2.6.4 del presente decreto a las agremiaciones o asociaciones que dejen de cumplir con uno o varios de los requisitos exigidos para obtener la autorización, o cuando se demuestre que estas promueven o toleran la evasión o elusión de aportes al Sistema de Seguridad Social Integral. (Artículo 11 del Decreto 3615 de 2005)
