Permanencia hospitalaria La permanencia hospitalaria de los enfermos hospitalizados dependerá de su estado de salud, del dictamen médico y de las normas del régimen interno de la institución. Cuando un enfermo recibiere la orden de hospitalización y no la cumpliere, quedará a su cargo los gastos que de ahí en adelante se causaren.
