El Gobierno Nacional, a través del Ministerio de Agricultura, del Instituto de Fomento Industrial y de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, iniciará a partir del próximo año una campaña de fomento del cultivo y de la industrialización de frutales, en las provincias de Occidente y Ricaurte, en el Departamento de Boyacá, y en el Municipio de Labateca, en el Departamento de Norte de Santander.
