Art. 1833. La mujer no es responsable de las deudas de la sociedad, sino hasta concurrencia de su mitad de gananciales.

Mas, para gozar de este beneficio, deberá probar el esceso de la contribución que se le exije, sobre su mitad de gananciales, sea por el inventario i tasación, sea por otros documentos auténticos.
