Artículo quince. Comprobada la injuria, la misma autoridad ordenará que el proceso se ponga en conocimiento del acusado, quién dispondrá del término improrrogable de ocho días para presentar la prueba sobre la exactitud de la imputación que haya hecho, en los casos en que ello está permitido. Vencido dicho término, la autoridad pronunciará sentencia dentro de los cinco días siguientes.
