Queda absolutamente prohibido, dentro de los establecimientos de educación, el uso de licores embriagantes, costeados con fondos oficiales o particulares, sin que sirva de excusa la celebración de fiestas oficiales de la comunidad u organizadas por los estudiantes para recolectar fondos para excursiones u otros fines.
