Para aprobar las licencias de exportación, los interesados deberán acompañar un certificado del Laboratorio Químico Nacional en el cual se establezcan las especificaciones técnicas sobre la calidad del azúcar que se va a exportar, las cuales deberán estar en armonía con las condiciones de la venta al Exterior.
