° Para 1a elección de los miembros que deben formar dicha Cámara, funcionamiento de,1a misma y renovación del personal de ella, se tendrá en cuenta lo dispuesto por el Decreto número 586 de 1920, debiendo ser la primera autoridad política del lugar la que haga la convocatoria de que tratan los artículos 2° y 4° de dicho Decreto. Comuníquese y publíquese.
